Great communication, reliable and professional. Doug was amazing, checking all the way through the process where I'd like the tiles placed to get the best look. He liaised patiently with the plumbing company who had let me down, which I very much appreciated. Doug always let me know his plans for the day and turned up exactly when he promised. Beautiful job, and he worked like a Trojan. From the no-pressure quote to completion it was a pleasure. Highly recommended.

He took so much care planning how our large tiles would be best arranged, lined up against edges and centred around the sink and toilet. He was extremely hard working, efficient and tidy, and a pleasure to have around. Update, July 2026: we asked Doug back to do our kitchen and he did an equally great job. He took a great deal of care aligning the metro tiles for the best appearance, and did a really lovely job going into the window recess for a professional finish. Highly recommend.
